This policy describes how MEDIGO HEALTH LIMITED (“we”) handles information for this website (cleartechllc.top) and for the Packing Perfect Android app (package com.packing.perfect). Product details are on the Packing Perfect product page.

Website

If you use the Slot form or later send email: name, reply address, and the message you type. Hosting providers may record technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and request time. Please do not send medical records, prescriptions, or identity-document images through this site. We do not operate unused advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or third-party analytics on this site, and this policy does not claim that we do.

We use website contact details to reply to written requests, to keep the site secure, and to meet legal duties, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We do not sell personal information for advertising. Enquiry records are usually kept for no longer than 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law.

Packing Perfect app

Packing Perfect is an offline suitcase puzzle. Version 1.0 does not create an account, does not use cloud save, and does not request INTERNET permission. The app does not include advertising or analytics SDKs. MEDIGO HEALTH LIMITED does not receive your game progress through the app.

Data stored on your device. Level stars, trip unlocks, local coins, cabin kit counts, collection finds, suitcase theme choice, stamp-card progress, sound and haptics settings, and related run records are stored in the app’s private storage on the device. Built-in level layouts stay in the app package.

Data we do not collect. Version 1.0 does not collect contacts, location, account credentials, payment details, or identity documents. It does not send packing progress, coins, or settings to our servers.

Sharing. Because version 1.0 does not send app data to us, we do not share packing progress with advertisers or analytics providers. We do not sell personal information.

Deletion. You can wipe this suitcase from in-app Settings (Reset suitcase). That clears stars, trips, finds, and cabin tools on the device and returns you to Level 1. Uninstalling the app removes on-device app storage.

App permissions

Notifications (optional, off by default). Used only if you turn them on. If permission is denied, the puzzle still works. You can change this in system settings.
Version 1.0 does not request location, contacts, SMS, microphone, camera, INTERNET, or broad storage access.

Children

This website and Packing Perfect are for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app or this website.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal information we hold from website enquiries, subject to the law. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Access and deletion of Packing Perfect game records in version 1.0 are handled on the device (reset or uninstall).
